Trevarthian Holiday Homes is a family business focusing on quality self-catering accommodation in Marazion, Cornwall. All our properties are located opposite Marazion Beach and St Michael’s Mount.

The properties are managed by Sean Cattran and have been part of the Cattran family business for three generations. This means we know our properties very well and care for them as we would our own homes. We are not an agency and do not look after any properties that are not owned by us.

All our holiday accommodation is located at Trevarthian House. This large Victorian building is divided into spacious apartments that can sleep between two and five people. We have a large private car park, pretty gardens and some fantastic sea-views.

Trevarthian House is one of the oldest properties in the town and is situated in the prime location at the front of Marazion just 50 yards from beach. Many of our apartments have superb views of St Michael’s Mount, Mousehole, Newlyn and Penzance. All are refurbished to a high standard and we regularly make improvements and alterations over the winter months.

It is just a two-five minute walk to the safe sandy beach, children’s playground, village pubs, restaurants, galleries, shops, bus-routes for Lands End, St Ives, Penzance.
